This page outlines what you can expect, and what we commit to, in the rare event that something does not meet your expectations.
Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Because every MAi Candles piece is handcrafted specifically to your order — with your name, message, or chosen design — all sales are final once production has begun.
We take great care to confirm every personalization detail with you before we begin crafting. Once you have approved your order details and production has started, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind or personalization preferences
This is why we always confirm your details with you first — your approval is our green light.
Damaged Items — Our Full Responsibility
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or broken due to shipping, we take full and immediate responsibility.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and provide:

Photos of the original packaging as received
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost — no questions asked. Our packaging is designed to prevent damage, and if it ever falls short, we make it right.
Production & Delivery Time
Each piece is handcrafted to your exact specifications. Please allow 2 business days for production, followed by international shipping (approximately 3–15 business days depending on your location). Total estimated time: 5–17 business days from order confirmation.
You will receive updates at each stage: confirmation, production start, and dispatch with tracking information.
International Shipping & Packaging
We ship worldwide via trusted international carriers. Every order is packaged using shock-proof thermal wrapping and heavy-duty shipping boxes, specifically designed to protect your candle during long-distance transit — including in high-temperature conditions during summer months.
