1. الطلبات المخصصة | Customized Orders

نظرًا لأن منتجاتنا (الشموع والهدايا) يتم تنفيذها وتخصيصها يدوياً بناءً على طلبكم الخاص (أسماء، رسائل، أو تصميمات محددة)، فإن جميع المبيعات نهائية.
Since our products (candles and gifts) are handcrafted and personalized specifically to your order (names, messages, or specific designs), all sales are final.

لذا، نعتذر عن عدم إمكانية استبدال أو استرجاع أي منتج مخصص بعد البدء في تنفيذه.
Therefore, we apologize for not being able to offer exchanges or returns for any customized items once production has started.
