Every MAi Candles piece is made by hand, crafted to order, and shipped with care to customers around the world. The following policies ensure a transparent, professional, and trustworthy experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Production & Delivery Time
Every MAi Candles piece is crafted to order. Please allow 2 business days for production, followed by international shipping (approximately 3–15 business days depending on your location). Total estimated time: 5–17 business days from order confirmation.
We will send you a confirmation message once your order enters production, and a second notification with your tracking details once it has been dispatched.
Order Confirmation & Personalization Approval
After placing your order, our team will contact you within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp to confirm your personalization details — including your name, message, or design preference — before production begins.
No candle goes into production without your explicit approval. This ensures that every piece is exactly as you envisioned it.
Packaging & Shipping Standards
We take extraordinary care in how we package your order. Every candle is wrapped in shock-proof thermal material, designed specifically to withstand heat during transit — particularly important during summer months in the GCC region. It is then placed in heavy-duty international shipping boxes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Your candle leaves our studio in flawless condition. Our packaging ensures it arrives the same way.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Egypt. Orders are dispatched via trusted international carriers. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimates only — delays due to customs clearance or carrier conditions are outside our control, though we will always do our best to assist you in tracking your shipment.
